Harringay online

Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

So my car permit renewal is due, instead of just doing a renewal online as easy as it should be.

Harringey have changed their prices therefore I now need to re upload all my documents and wait 5 days for them to be approved, so that they can then send me an email with the permit in which i need to print out and display. Or I can visit their walk in office in Tottenham green leisure centre if I want it on the spot, however they are only open Mon-Fri 9-5 (not available for the working man)

The cost has increased too, its ridiculous. My colleague from the borough of Waltham Forest only pays around £45 a year for his 2011 2.0 diesel! mine is a 2012 2.0 petrol costing me £160

He also said they dont require a physical permit on display its all done online and electronically.

Check out the article below, Harringey council falls in the top 10 most expensive permits in the UK too.

Also did you know Haringey announced a 129% increase in cost of two-hour CPZ permits?

A friend, when I showed her your posting replied to me :

"I found out can get all parking permits from the office in wood green next to the LibrARY – NEED TO TAKE YOUR TENANCY AGREEMENT OR COUNCIL TAX BILL can only pay by credit  or debit card "

I hope this helps.

I know the Library is open late, but whether Haringey Help desk is open I know not !

No, the parking bit closes very very sharply at 5 or before in anticipation of a sharp close!

It is inside Wood Green Library and also only opens office hours.
