Harringay's new quiz Beats to the Bar @TheGardenLadder is 'rockin' good fun

I do like a quiz. So do my fellow quizfaces who joined me for the first ever Garden Ladder Music Quiz, aka the Beats to the Bar Music Quiz.

It was a fun night. 40 questions, including a picture round, and there were some tough ones in there. Knowledge of music needed to include stuff from the last five years that wasn't Americana or weird electronica (that was me stuffed). All hosted by a charming quiz master. 

Our team of quizzers came a highly respectable second and won a bottle of wine- the winners got to take the quiz pot money home  back to the bar for last orders. Last place got the music equivalent of the wooden spoon in the shape of a Sabrina album. Well done to The Swiss Girls for adding that timeless artist to their vinyl collection
