Re school involvement : My daughter's been documenting rubbish dumping since she could talk! 'look mummy there's more rubbish for you to photograph' 'Why is that man dropping his chicken bones on the ground?' etc

All good to get the kids involved in their local area, but the parents should be there too, after all it is from them that they learn the habits and it may be a way of educating parents who are not aware of all the services available.

Moreover, I'm not so sure that kids posters in the Passage are the way forward. Something more formal looking and tough talking is needed for signage, not 'please don't make me get poo on my shoes' style signs.
