I don't want a festival. I want a better atmosphere in Green Lanes 24/7, not just on one day. If the council are going to spend money why not help to get some of the historic buildings in the area given a facelift and get Grand Parade looking grand. If the area could celebrate its former glory, it could be included on the walks around the borough in the summer and therefore gain a more sustainable celebrity.
