Haringey's Parking Permit System Nightmare

Hello,

I'm in need of advice on permit renewal online.

Issue: The permit price is coming up as £0, followed by an error message of "we are unable to proceed with your request". This should be a straight forward renewal online!!!

I've called the council and their response is "it shouldn't be doing that" with no further assistance. I've tried to reapply but it adds a secondary car surcharge and doubles the permit price. They also won't let me renew over the phone as it has to be done via that system according to cust service.

I've emailed the helpdesk multiple times with no response. My permit is due to expire this week and i've been going round in circles with HC for weeks.

Has anyone else had this issue, and if so how did you resolve it?

According to your screenshot, it looks like you're applying for a 'Resident concessionary permit'. I'm pretty sure this is different to a resident parking permit. Maybe have another go with that in mind.

Thank you for responding Hugh, the only permit options are that and the visitors. The permit number and date aligns with the email reminder to say it's expiring. I'll give them a call again on Monday
