Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Email from the Council received at HoL Towers today:

Open Space and Bio-diversity Study Survey 22nd October – 16th November 2013

We have commissioned a study to assess the quality, function, accessibility and value of the borough’s parks, green spaces and other open spaces.

As part of this study, we want to understand the value of these spaces to our residents: how people use and view them: and how they believe these spaces can be improved. People like you.

I’m writing, therefore, to invite you to take part in the Study by completing our online survey at www.haringey.gov.uk/open-space-study. The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete and you can complete it anytime until 16th November 2013 when the consultation ends.

The survey is held on an external website and the data collected will be processed by Land Use Consultants (LUC) on behalf of the Council. The Council and LUC will treat any personal information you provide when completing the questionnaire in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Next Steps

Your comments will be used to help us develop town planning and management policy for the use of our open spaces. The results of the survey will be available on the Council’s website.

I do hope you will take part in this important Study; one that will help shape future development in the borough. I would also be very grateful if you would forward this email on to others who might be interested in this issue. In the meantime, if you have any questions or would like further information, please don’t hesitate to contact the Planning Policy team either by email on ldf@haringey.gov.uk or call us on 020 8489 0000.

Yours faithfully,
