Perhaps some people will say: "That's their problem. They should have considered the consequences etc". But in fact it's still our problem. And if you don't accept that it's an ethical problem ("He that is without sin"), then it's very much a practical problem in the large tightly-packed cities we live in.

I liked Michael Gove's "there but for the grace of god go I" comment last week. Very honest.
For what it's worth, I'm only here typing this now because either I didn't get caught when I was younger or what I was caught for was considered "misbehaviour" rather than "crime".
