Haringey Council Equal Opportunities Policy Consultation

The Council has updated their Equal Opportunities Policy to bring it in line with the Equality Act 2010 and are consulting on the new policy.

They are asking residents, service users and staff to give their views on the Policy and to help identify the key areas of inequality in the borough.

The key areas will form the delivery plan for the Policy and are called equality objectives. The objectives will tackle inequality in health, crime, education, employment, housing, environment, the voluntary sector and procurement (purchasing).
