Hampden Road commercial premises edging towards dereliction?

After a meeting in Muswell Hill I walked home this afternoon. As I entered the hood I noticed how derelict the commercial premises in Hampden Road is becoming. The buildings seem to have soem temporary tenants in. I wonder what it's long term future will be.

Why did you not drive and avoid all this unsightliness? I hope you transferred some money into the bank account of the new "charity" based there...

It is a registered charity, John. With the number shown on the poster. Here's the link to the Charity Commission website which shows its aims, and the names of the trustees.
