Sorry folks I couldn't find the old thread but here's a little update about the new station road art hotel ...

It's a great idea but how long do you think it will stay as a cheap rent space for creative happenings ? I can't help but feel it's a cyclical three year lease to sell it eventually as a proper hotel at a much inflated price. Hopefully I'll be proven wrong.

Harkwright sounds very switched on and has an interesting cv. Great that he has chosen WG rather than Dalston! Free events for we locals, sounds good to me :)
