Great cleaner wanted

Hi I’m looking for a cleaner to start asap and would like a recommendation. One a fortnight for 3 or 4 hours. I need someone who is actually good at cleaning and efficient. I’ve had a few health problems otherwise I’d clean my own house. Just have to admit, I need some help now.  Haringey Ladder.  If you have someone who you have used for a long time ids reliable and does a good job, I’d be grateful if you could pass on their details.
