The Elephant Trust Grant is provided and administered by the Elephant Trust and is available to artists in the visual arts, small organisations and galleries throughout the UK.

The Trust's aim is to make it possible for artists and those presenting their work to undertake and complete projects when frustrated by lack of funds. It is committed to helping artists and institutions that depart from the routine and signal new, distinct and imaginative sets of possibilities.

Key Criteria

Funding priority is given to artists in the visual arts, small organisations and galleries within the United Kingdom.
Eligible Expenditure

Applicants are asked to consider the objectives of the Trust carefully to ensure the project falls within the grant-giving remit.
Restrictions

Grants are not available for the following:
• Students.
    • Educational or study purposes.
    • Residencies or research.
    • Symposia or conferences.
    • Publications or catalogues.
    • Projects taking place outside the United Kingdom.
    • Group shows.
    • Arts Festivals .
Application Procedure

Applications should be made in writing and should include:
• A brief synopsis of the project.
    • A budget.
    • Any relevant visual material.
    • A brief CV, where relevant.
    • A stamped addressed envelope, if a response is required.
