There is a shop called VIP Graffiti paint in Bruce Grove seems to do projects with artists could try there https://vipgraffitipaint.co.uk/

Can't recommend anyone, but I saw this character on the Parkland Walk yesterday, it's only been up for a few days.  It's a pity that it will soon be obliterated.
