Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

I've been told this morning that one of Harringay's last Greek Cypriot traders has passed away.

Andreas Michili's ran a shop on the triangle where St Ann's Road meets Salisbury Road. Apparently there are flowers and a note which suggests that he passed away two days ago.

Sad news to come back to. Likewise my kids were my daily renewed contact with them both at the shop. Would be a good thing if more shop owners sat outside their shop more! Still have two big pots bought from the shop (probably in the 80's) hanging up outside...
