Haringey is offering a full week of free activities.
Adults (aged 16 and over) have the opportunity to try out a number of classes, free, for one week only as part of Make a Change: Get Moving Week.
Activities include: spinning, yoga, mixed circuits, boot camp, pilates, boxercise, Brazilian Rhythms, and lots more.
All you have to do is turn up.
