gardener/handy man for trellis or tension wire installation

HI there - I am looking for a gardener or handy man with an understanding of plants to drill some tension wire or trellis arrangement on brick walls for a climbing rose and a jasmine plant. It is not a big job but as the rose is at the front of the house it will need to be done confidently. Ideally I would need this in the next 10 days if possible. Any recommendations gratefully received
