Garage wanted for MOT and Servicing
Hello,
We have just moved to the area (Seymour Rd) and I need a decent honest garage for a van MOT and Service. Could anyone recommend one please?

Try the guys just behind the Salisbury on St Anne's road for MOTs. I have used them for years for MOTs. I guess they do servicing too, but if you are not happy with them I use a guy called Mario at Motortech, just off Black Boy Lane and West Green Road. The guy is excellent, and when you see how he keeps his tools you will hopefully get a feeling he will treat your car with the same respect! HOL Mail me and I will send his phone number.
I have to say it has taken me years to find a mechanic I feel I trust after an MOT in Crouch End where the guy changed my break pads and did not put the wheel back on correctly (!!!), Mario is a god send in that regard.

Marco Steri Matt, We usually use the one on wightman rd.They are turkish very reliable and also honest.Comin in from Endimyon rd it is the first on the left.Sorry i do not remember the name.Good luck.Marco

I've gone for more than a decade to G & N (George & Nick) Garages at 54-58 Wightman Road, at the top of Burgoyne Road.

G&N are decent people, you meet Nick at the counter, and while not the cheapest, £50 / Hour labour, I have been satisfied with the work they have done for me.
They are opposite the entrance to Jewsons.

We also go to G&N and I've found their work good, the price about right and personally I find them very approachable with car related issues!
