If your account is correct, and I believe you, then St Ann's Labour (at least!) ought to be punished over this shoddy and anti-democratic affair. As the Conservative Agent for S Ann's, I want people to support our candidates, Scott Green, Melinda Koller and Nathan Parsad. However, if you can't bring yourself to vote for my party (we are, actually, working S Ann's), then please consider voting for another party--as long as it's NOT Labour. I'm afraid Labour will continue to treat not just their own members and supporters, but voters in general, with contempt if they are are returned on May 22 with thumping majorities. We know Ermine has been a little light in a very dark tunnel. But what of the Labour candidates in the neighbouring wards? What's their take on matters? Perhaps you should ask them -- that's if they can be bothered to knock on your door....

I am a candidate in St Ann's ward for TUSC - the Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition. Our basic platform is opposition to all cuts and the government-driven austerity programme which Labour has been unable to oppose effectively. We also stand for the rights of migrants who are being scapegoated by unscrupulous politicians (and the media). You should have seen my election leaflet by now. I have been active locally for many, many years. If you have not seen the leaflet or want more information feel free to call me on 07736-064-045. Simon
I am the TUSC candidate for Seven Sisters Ward. I attend the MayFest at the Markfield Park today, it was great to see so many local people making the best of the lovely weather and the food and drink on dispense. I had some really interesting chats at the event (possibly around 20-25), it wasn't just the ConDem people were having a dig at, it was mainly Haringey's Labour Council, was I surprised? Not really. It was also evident that the TUSC word is really worrying some people, again I wasn't surprised!! Bring on the elections..
Got a question for me?? Join the Facebook Group: SevenSistersTUSC or Twitter: @7SistersTUSC..
I spoke to you. I suggested that you should be speaking to the people in the warehouses in Seven Sisters who seemed "itching" to exercise their right to vote. I suggest that you do this soon as utilising their social network connections will bear more fruit than trying to sort out your own eighteen days before the election. I believe you will find some synergy there with your policies.
