Fans of BBC hit documentary Frozen Planet won't want to miss November's talk at Stroud Green and Harringay library.
Harringay resident (and HOL member), Mark Brandon worked for 4 years on the BBC series as the principal science advisor working with David Attenborough and the team in the Arctic. The Friends of SG&H library are very excited to announce that Mark will be giving a talk on the science behind the programme as well as sharing his experiences of working in icey landscapes and on the show (plus what David Attenborough is really like).
The talk will be at Stroud Green and Harringay library on Quernmore Road (just over the railway bridge) on November 24th at 7pm. All welcome. Older children are also welcome to come along.
Unmissable!
