Free Vintage Tambour Unit for restoration

120 width x 40 depth cm

This was in a kitchen. It’s got tambour doors that don’t open and close properly. I took back off to see if I could fix. I couldn’t manage it but someone with some basic carpentry skills (unlike me!) might be able to. It’s 1950s, with a red atomic Formica top. Needs to be repainted. Old paint mainly removed but project was abandoned. Could be a lovely piece. Located in N22

This is a very interesting mid-Century piece of furniture, and potentially very attractive and useful. I'm not sure whether it would be too big a job for me; is it possible to come round to look at it, get an idea of the state of the tambour doors, etc? I'll send a connection invitation.
