Free plasterboard, cement and magnolia paint

Hi all,

I have some excess materials following a building project, if anyone wants them:

- Plasterboard bonding compound 25 kg bag - around half to two thirds full

- Mastercrete cement 12.5kg - just under half full

- Magnolia paint for walls and ceilings, suitable for plaster - 5 litre, over 50% left

For collection from Turnpike Lane.

Where are you located on Turnpike Lane, any parking? Would like to collect these, but not sure about the parking?
