We have four matching very solid dark hardwood dining chairs which need upholstering and a new home. They are extremely solid, and I would guess from around 1920s from the style. All stuffing has been removed as the cover had disintegrated and the horsehair had spilt out, but the frames seem in good condition. Happy for you to view first before taking if this is helpful. Ideally would go in the next few days as we cannot store them inside anymore and don't want them to be damaged by water- they have been in the loft until now. Thanks.

John Lawler might well be interested in these if you don't get a taker Helen. But be careful! He'll have you signed up for one of his upholstery classes before you know it
