Free Cycle Training for Adults and Kids

We have been lucky to have Dr Bike come to several of our Play Streets and through this I learnt of the free cycle training both for kids and adults that the council are running. Both my wife and daughter have benefited from this training.

This might be a great idea for those folks thinking of getting onto a bike after a while out of the saddle, I have seen a few posts of late linked to the question of safety after a period of separation from the trusty iron horse. This might equally be of use to parents looking to get kids onto bikes safely. I have been told by Wendy, who runs the courses, that training for families can be set up too, so you can do the course with your kids.

I've attached some flyers with information as to some for the courses, the one at Lordship Rec runs to July, though Finsbury Park sees training in August.

I have also attached a flyer on cycle maintenance training if you want to be able to keep your bike in good shape without having to pay through the nose for a tune up.
