Free Alexander Technique Lessons in Tottenham

This offer is to mark the start of the Alexander Technique being taught at a community centre next to the South Tottenham overground station.

I am offering either one individual lesson or a place on a 3-week group evening class, starting next Tuesday 22nd March as a prize to readers of Harringey Online.

I already teach in Highbury, but I want to bring the Technique to a new and wider range of people, rather than just those 'in the know' or who live in Stokie or Crouch End. This is because, from my experience, it is a valuable and practical skill that a lot of people can really benefit from.
