Found: Yellow Bag of Personal Documents

I was on Wightman this morning (1st Sept) and came across a shopping yellow bag in the road. I thought it was rubbish and was going to bin it before it got mashed into the road but I quickly realised it was full of personal documents. 

So, anyone know a Louis Kwakye by any chance. If you do I have his bag!
