Harringay online

Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Flooding again in Hampden Road. It’s getting more and more frequent.
clearly the drains and sewers are not maintained properly.
something needs to be done about this. At least the 4th major flooding this year.

residents are having to wade through disgusting sewage water and it’s getting into cars. Soon it will be entering the houses as each time this happens it seems to be more severe.

I’m sick of filling in those reports online  why don’t the councillors do something about this?

Hi Liz, if you haven't already, maybe try contacting Thames Water as they are responsible for sewers, not the Council, you can report it on-line.

Hi Liz

I have contacted the officers about the flooding and will be back in touch when I am briefed on this current situation.

Thanks

Hi Zena

Hampden Road is severely flooded again. Pavements submerged. Nearly entering parked cars. Please update us on what action the council is taking.

thanks

Liz

We had our street’s drains cleaned last week. They don’t seem to have improved things much..,

Sorry Liz, I was wrong- Thames deal with the contents but don’t maintain these drains, it’s Haringey Council
