The property is a lower ground and ground floor maisonette in a Victorian mansion block and is on the market with offers from £155,000 considered.  

It’s about 5 minutes walk from Cromer town centre and about 10 mins to the sea. Cromer is a seaside town with great access to other North Norfolk towns and the coastline. For the North Londoner, Cromer has recently gained some good places to eat and drink coffee!
