Café Moka Wine Night - Thursday 26th April
Come to Café Moka for the first Café Moka Wine Night!
Starting next week on Thursday 26th April there is a new and exciting monthly food and wine evening taking place in Harringay - Café Moka Wine Nights.
The evenings are run by yours truly; I'm an experienced wine professional and an accredited member of the Association of Wine Educators. Each month you’ll get to try six wines, each one matched to a tapas style canapé, made by Moka’s chef-owner Kevin. The evenings will run from 7:30pm to about 9 o'clock and Moka will be open for food after the event for those who are interested.
Through supping on six different wines you'll discover different wine regions, get purchase recommendations, learn about food matching, get tips for what to look out for in supermarkets and restaurants and generally learn a pile of wine stuff. It should also be lots of fun!
The evening is strictly limited to 24 people and costs just £30 per person
On the night Moka will only be open to people who have a ticket
To book yourself a place either speak to Kevin in the Café or contact Hugo on hugo@kingskill.com or 07967 381 279
Café Moka is found at 5 Wightman Road, London N4, right by Harringay Station
Good - I'm glad to see that my introducing you to Kevin has led to this.
Yes, thanks for the introduction! It should be a really good and fun joint initiative.
This was a brilliant evening. Six lesser known but fantastic wines. Fabulous food - six supremely well-balanced little dishes, each designed specifically to go with the accompanying wine. Whether you're a wine fan or a foodie - or both- make sure you come along to Moka on the last Thursday evening of the month. Well done to Hugo and Kevin.
