Found this 'General Manager' job with Google - it will be in the new 'City North' development:

"Finsbury Park Picturehouse will open its doors in early 2020 as part of the new Finsbury City North development. A full renovation is currently taking place across all 3 floors of the 7 screen cinema."

Apparently they get free popcorn, which must really help with paying the rent.

It’s £9.60 an hour in London (well below the London Living Wage) except at the Brixton Picture House where it’s £9.10 per hour. Staff at Brixton joined a trade union and I’m sure that their lower hourly rate is in no way punishment for that.
