Try RatedPeople and MyBuilder. They have worked quite well for me. The sites even sometimes give an indication of the right price to pay.

You could try local gardening company Gardens of London - Andy and Simon are great. They made us a bin store last year and i can definitely recommend their services. Their website has contact details at http://www.gardensoflondon.com
