Feedback wanted for Another Level lofts
Hi,
We've gotten a few quotes for a loft conversion and have pretty much decided to go with Another Level. Price was very reasonable and Pat seemed to know what he was talking about.
Has anyone on here had any experiences, good or bad, that they'd like to share?
Any advice greatly appreciated!

Pat has been doing conversions in the area for years so can do a loft with his eyes shut and did a reasonable job on our house. Fine but not fabulous. Communication and attention to detail not always what we would have hoped for. My suggestion would be to get your own architect drawings (made digitally), choose your own electrician, check fire regulations, and agree fittings and finishes early on and you should be fine. The team of builders themselves were decent.
