Fantastic lessons yoga lessons on The Ladder

I want to highly recommend the new yoga lessons taught by Noemi on a Monday night from 7-8pm on Mattison Road (above the swimming pool). I have been going for 3 weeks now and the teaching is excellent.

Almost a year late to the party, but does anyone know if this is still happening or if there are any other good yoga classes happening locally?

I have a bit of spare time on my hands between jobs and wouldn't mind getting involved if so.

Yes, just restarted after Summer. I went regularly until the summer break, sadly haven't made it back yet (stuck working late) but i can thoroughly recommend the classes.

Hi Flo, yes from 1st September I´ll be running classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday evenings for different abilities on the Harringay ladder and Crouch End. Also I´ll be starting a beginners course on Sunday mornings from 14th Sept.
