Fake charity doorstep rubbish clearance

A man has been going door-to-door along Burghley Road for the last month or three offering garden rubbish clearance in exchange for cash for "charity". 

Last week he collected all the rubbish, then dumped it on the street.

Don't let him take your rubbish. Don't give him money. 

He's a black man with short hair in his 50s/60s, about 5'8",  wearing an un-branded high-vis jacket.
