Evening Standard's ( 3rd Dec) David Sexton who seems to live locally, waxed lyrical about the Swaledale Cheese at Harringay Market last week. I bought some too after being given a decent sized taster and my dog being given the rind ( as ever) . Pals round to eat finished it off pronto. It was not expensive ( i paid 2 50 for a decent sized chunk) and it's very good More please.

David does indeed live locally. He moved into a house on the Ladder a couple of years ago (shortly followed by ES journalist Richard Godwin who also now lives in the hood).
Thanks for flagging this latest wee ES airing of things Harringay. I see for his piece that David also adventured to try Kolokasi (which I have yet to do).
