Thanks for this! Very interesting and lots of information in terms of pros and cons. I used to be Fitness First member, for cheapness and convenience basically, but a knee injury put a stop to the gym and running. but when I feel I can hit the treadmill again, will think about these budget gym options. May avoid the Wood Green one though as I can imagine the crowds...
