CANCELLED! Early morning moth session at Railway Fields on Saturday 10th July CANCELLED

DUE TO TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES THIS EVENT IS CANCELLED. 

The site will be open from 9 until 1 for a morning stroll.

The Friends of Railway Fields will be setting a light trap up overnight and we plan to open it tomorrow morning at 9am. We are delighted to be joined by moth expert, Gerry Rawcliffe, who will help us to open the trap and ID what we have found. 

No need to book but please observe social distancing and please don't attend if you, or anyone in your household feels ill.

We will be outdoors for the entire session so please be sure to check the weather/temperature and dress accordingly, please bring what you need with you, toilets will not be available.

Due to the current exceptional circumstances or in the event of rain, this event may have to be cancelled or postponed at short notice, please check for any updates to the event before attending on the day to avoid disappointment.

Meeting point:

We will meet at the cabin (through the big gates on Green Lanes and follow the path round) shortly before 9am.
