I know it's a bit of round-about topic, but I was curious as to what the latest is? At the moment it seems just to be a dodgy car park.. wondering if the redevelopment plans are still going to happen?

Be interesting to see if the site is for sale somewhere. Having that kind of planning permission increases the land value hugely.
