Does anyone have any drain rods we can borrow?

And get stout rubber/plastics gloves and good-fitting safety glasses if you go down the route of handling these hazardous chemicals.

Never   mix or follow one unblocker with another different one. Some are sodium hydroxide based, others are concentrated sulphuric acid. Mixing the two down the blocked/slow drain can result in the really corrosive mixture blowing back up the drain at you.

Hi, thanks for the tips! I'll pick some drain unblocker up, but will just stick to one thing- the mixing thing sounds pretty scary!
