Liz on a recent course that had a section about stress and dealing with it we were told to breathe deeply three times and eat some fruit..........................Yes seriously !!

Breathings easy I always always take my lungs with me wherever I go..... Fruit....no as you have rightly guessed I`m a carnivore :D

Mmmm waves are lovely and managed the whole 2 minutes. Ought there to be a little change in tempo at the end though, just in case you've fallen asleep  at your desk?

ha ha Anne, I bet you press the big red button next to the sign that says DO NOT PRESS too :)

You know if you practice Zen meditation with monks in the far East they whack you with paddles from time to time...ouch!
