Disgraceful Behaviour in Local Park

I snapped this last week with my phone in Elthorne Park, just south of Crouch End. What hope is there for our parks when rules are flagrantly disregarded in this way!

No evidence of them heavy petting or dive bombing, so I guess the lifeguard was happy to leave them to it...

Mallards don't do heavy petting. The mating is quite eye watering.
