Dewalt drill to give away - needs batteries

I have a Dewalt cordless drill for which the batteries have gone faulty. The drill works and has all its bits including instructions, charger and an intact case - see attached pix for model and power references.

The problem is the batteries no longer charge. Replacements can be bought or a knowledgable person may be able to repair the existing ones.
