Development on Frobisher
Does anyone know what the property on the corner of Frobisher and Willoughby Road is being turned into?
It was a house but has been extended and an additional building built in the garden so looks like several flats but it's not obvious

Here are the planning application details from May last year:

It reads like an extension to the original house - but it looks to me more like a 99% replacement, using only a few existing walls. Think 'Trigger's broom' (Only Fools and Horses), with a new head and handle. Only the nail's the same....
It was raised on HoL at the time and I commented, but I can't see that discussion any more.
