There will always be emptied unoccupied buildings

Often tied up for many years in legal reasons why they or the site can not be renewed

Expect more in coming years as more Company's get wound up in current
Finacial problems

Incidentally, did you see the Manor House in the 'London Musical Landmarks' section of the site? Jimi Hendrix played there, it seems but the bouncers were evil and murderous. Once or twice I found myself in there getting a late drink, it was a place where you had ONE late drink and then left pretty smartish!
Don't think he captured the Hornsey Wood Tavern on Seven Sisters overlooking the park before it came down, now there was a place to get a late drink!
