Cllr Raj Sahota knows as he has dealt with a number of issues there: https://www.stroud.gov.uk/council-and-democracy/your-councillors

I think you probably meant to add this link - https://www.minutes.haringey.gov.uk/mgUserInfo.aspx?UID=3953

Thanks. Yes. He did all the searching to find pit who owned what when there were motorcycles using it as a racetrack.
Interesting. Do you know why he did that?
Well, a number of the properties there seem to be let via SBH Page & Read. They say the landlord is an investment company called Columbia Threadneedle.

I'd try contacting SBH in the first instance, if they aren't the managing agents I'm sure they'd put you in contact with who is.

A relative used to live on Rathcoole Gardens adjoining that estate. She was concerned about overhanging trees that had grown on the narrow embankment between the end of her garden and the estate fence after a branch fell and crushed her fence. She couldn't establish who owned the strip of land and was responsible for the trees, nor could her neighbour who is a solicitor (as I recall, the council said it wasn't owned by them).  Eventually, another neighbour paid for the trees to be lopped. So, good luck.
