Yes you absolutely definitely are. I found out when I was having to drive young sir to Tiverton School....which is GLB

Yes you are.

I don't think you can use GLA visitors permits in GLB or vice versa.

Yes you are !!

But only untill either the GLA or GLB area declares independance at which point the walls and fences go up and we enter a two year negotiation on where the border lies and what concessions can be levered out of the other side. The UN will need to ratify any agreement.

Block wars are only a hairs breadth away!! (as you may have noticed on other traffic based Threads). In the meantime, park with confidence but not in pay and display bays.
