Consultation on Haringey's 'Local Plan'

It's a bit of an ask for individual residents this one, but if you have the yen and the time, this document is critical in shaping what the Council do to and for us, so it's worth getting involved.

The first part of the Local Plan revision, Strategic Policies is in the latter stages of its independent examination and we are currently consulting on the main modifications of the document. Following this, we expect the Inspector to issue his final report by the end of October.

The consultation started on 31st August and responses should be submitted by 5pm on Friday 12th October 2012.

The Development Management plan forms part of the Local Plan and supports the Strategic Policies through more detailed policies which will be used to assess and determine planning applications.
