Concerts at Hornsey Church Tower this Weekend
This Friday, 7th August, 6pm
Two different performances.
First half: Quartet on Tap - four outstanding string players who normally perform in The English Concert, Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment and the Academy of Ancient Music. To celebrate the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth, they'll be performing the 1st movement from his Op.18 No.1 String Quartet in F major, followed by all of Haydn’s String Quartet Op.33. no.2 - ‘The Joke’.
Second half: The London Django Collective will be taking us on a jazzy journey with their unique blend of music by the infamous guitarist Django Reinhardt mixed with music from the wider gypsy jazz scene.
This Sunday 9th, August, 1pm -3pm
Jimmy C and the Blues Dragons . Brilliant classic British blues and many classics too.

Please respect the memorial gardens and stick to the paths - do not walk across flower beds.
