I'll start by mentioning that it is not really very viewable in FireFox and even in IE, some pages slip off the edge of the browser.

Have only looked at the families section. It is very basic and probably good for people who are new to the Internet. Could do with links out to some of the orgs they mention.

the site works well with my firefox.

In my opinion this is the most beautifully simple design for any website i have ever seen. It is exactly what i had in my minds eye for the perfect visuals for a site. Very very well done.
Like liz says, some of the info could be better explained such as where places are, like names of towns i've never heard of.
