Can you help?
The Cappuchino Crafternoons group recently lost its regular venue when Cappuchino sadly closed earlier this month.
We are now looking for somewhere suitable for up to 8 people to do crafts on a Monday or Tuesday afternoon, 2-5pm. Our group runs to encourage local people to take up crafts for enjoyment, relaxation, to learn new skills and socialise. Our activities are mainly textile and paper crafts. We DO NOT use paints or heavy equipment.
If you can suggest a workshop room, community or creative space, free of charge, in the Crouch End, Hornsey (Priory Rd), Stroud Green or Archway areas please let me know.
If you are a cafe, restaurant, local amenity, or local craftsperson that can help, please contact me as below.
PLEASE NOTE: The craft session scheduled for Tuesday 22nd January has been CANCELLED, whilst a new venue is sought.
Thank you

Kevin at shine (the shine project) TPL. Or tom at Haringey borough FC white hart lane. Good men
Thanks, I have wondered about the Shine Project for running future groups. I haven’t visited yet. Unfortunately it would be too far for our existing members to travel to. Not sure the Tottenham FC is the right kind of venue and quite a difficult journey from Crouch End.
Thanks for your interest.

Hi Julie
I’ve already visited Stroud Green Library on Quernmore Rd. and spoken to the Library staff. I left my details but never heard back from heard from them.
There is a charge for room hire, although there is a free space downstairs used for children’s groups. It’s a lovely library though a little far for existing craft group members.
Thanks for the suggestion.
Sujan
