Come and Sing Handel's "Four Coronation Anthems" - St. Paul's Church - 20 May

Hello folks! There's going to be a Come and Sing event at St. Paul's Church, Wightman Road on 20 May, starting at 1pm. I've added it as an event on here, but thought I'd just shout about it on the forum as well. The idea is that anyone and everyone who'd like to sing comes to the church at 1pm on 20 May, we have an afternoon of rehearsals (with plenty of tea breaks), and then we perform Handel's "Four Coronation Anthems" at 6pm. Tickets for the day are £10 each, payable on the day, but please book using the attached booking form - we will be hiring music for everyone who comes (included in the ticket price), so we need to know how many we will be. We've got a great organist and a fantastic conductor lined up to put us through our paces, and we think this will be a wonderful way to kick off our Jubilee celebrations!

Also, if you have any friends or family who love to sing, please pass on the details - everyone is welcome!

This event is part of the Music on the Ladder programme - some of you will remember the first event in the programme, a concert by medieval harpist Leah Stuttard back in snowy February, which got some fantastic reviews from HoLers. We hope to be announcing even more Music on the Ladder events in the near future.
